Delicious Artisan Truffles and Caramels handmade in Chicago, focusing on local and organic ingredients to create unparalleled, intense flavors. At Katherine Anne Confections we don't use anything that your grandmother wouldn't: no artificial ingredients and no corn syrup. We also work with local farmers whenever possible to source our ingredients. Our truffles are rolled and hand dipped for an elegant, eye-catching look. All flavors are a twist on the traditional, including Cherry Amaretto, Citrus, and Toasted Coconut Rum. Our caramels are made with local wildflower honey and organic agave nectar instead of the dreaded corn syrup. Floral, soft, and silky, our caramels convert everyone into enthusiasts. Regardless of your choice, our confections are an experience that will not be forgotten.
Artisan chocolatier Katherine Duncan has been creating truffles and caramels since she was 10. A love of all things delicious prompted her to start Katherine Anne Confections in the fall of 2006. Now available at Whole Foods and shipping nationwide, Katherine is known for her use of local and organic ingredients to make tantalizingly delicious treats with unique "twist on traditional" flavors. Most of our items are gluten free, however are produced in a facility that also uses gluten, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, and soy.
Please note that during the summer months, overnight shipping with ice packs may be required. We can ship ground within Chicago for no additional charge, or deliver to downtown Chicago (loop) for $3.50. Contact us directly for more details.
